In this role, you will act as the principal technical authority and connective tissue bridging client account leaders, practice domain leads, and executive client stakeholders.

You will own the pre-sales strategy, deal topology design, and solution narrative for high-stakes, multi-million-dollar digital transformations ($2M$5M+) across Enterprise Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance.

Key Responsibilities Pre-Sales & Pursuit Leadership: Own the end-to-end technical solutioning, scope boundary definitions, team topologies, and delivery roadmaps for flagship, multi-capability pursuits ($2M$5M+) Commercial Growth & Client Relationships:



Expand trusted executive client relationships and drive pursuit origination; driving relationship growth is just as vital as bringing deep technical solutioning capability Accountable Executive Leadership: Serve as the Accountable Executive on strategic engagements, overseeing technical quality and business outcome realization through matrixed, cross-functional teams (leading through influence and dotted-line oversight rather than direct line management) Cross-Practice Orchestration: Synthesize multi-disciplinary capabilities across Data, Cloud, Software Engineering, and AI into unified, cohesive enterprise architectures Core Qualifications & Technical Persona Technical Homeroom: Proven lineage and hands-on architectural depth in Cloud Modernization, Landing Zones, and Infrastructure/DC Exit Strategies Broad Technology Scope: Broad conceptual and architectural pattern recognition across Agentic AI/LLMOps, Lakehouse Architecture (Snowflake/Databricks), and Event-Driven Microservices Domain Experience: Deep familiarity with Financial Services, Banking, or Insurance enterprise environments.

On-Site Requirement: High executive client visibility requiring a minimum of 3 days per week on-site (split between embedded client site collaboration and the local consulting office).
