Job Description We are currently seeking a full time Project Engineer/Project Manager who is responsible for planning, executing, and successfully completing projects that meet all customer requirements.

This role demands strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects across various departments.

The hours will typically be in the office Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Base salary:$75,000 - $95,000 / year Location: 45 Innovation Dr, Hamilton, ON L9H 7L8 Date Posted: September 22, 2026 Typical Duties Include (but are not limited to): Review contracts to define project scope, deliverables and schedule in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders Lead and coordinate project staff to ensure project milestones, technical and quality requirements are met Develop positive working relationships with customers while communicating project status, addressing concerns and ensuring expectations are met Create and maintain key project documents such as schedules, action lists, meeting minutes, and deliverable lists Work with Purchasing and Manufacturing departments to manage Equipment Lists and Bills of Material, ensuring all materials are available when needed Participate in technical meetings, design reviews, and product testing to ensure alignment of technical teams with project requirements Key Skill Requirements:
