Accounting Manager Our client is seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to take full ownership of the accounting and financial reporting function for a key division within their organization.

Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the full financial results and accounting operations for a designated business division.

Lead all month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.





Oversee the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset accounting functions.

Provide financial guidance and support to operational leaders, helping translate financial results into actionable business insights.

Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.

Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate external audit activities and act as the primary liaison with auditors.

Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and enhance reporting capabilities.

Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
