Box Consulting Group is seeking an HVAC Outside Sales Representative to join our client, an established HVAC solutions provider with a long-standing presence across Western Canada.

They work with mechanical contractors, building owners, EPC firms and other industry partners across commercial, industrial and institutional markets.

They are looking to add an Outside Sales Representative to their North Vancouver team.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of HVAC systems and components along with the ability to identify new opportunities, grow existing accounts and work closely with customers, vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing HVAC customers Identify and develop recent business opportunities within the assigned territory Grow existing accounts and generate new revenue Develop sales strategies and manage a pipeline of opportunities Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for HVAC equipment Support customers with equipment selection and product solutions Negotiate pricing while maintaining healthy margins Prepare proposals, pricing, reports and product presentations Work closely with internal teams to ensure a strong customer experience Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers and vendor partners Stay current on HVAC products, technologies and industry trends Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information within the CRM Travel throughout the assigned territory as required Requirements 2+ years of experience in HVAC sales, outside sales or technical sales Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment and terminology Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts Experience managing customer relationships and sales opportunities Strong quoting,



negotiation and presentation skills Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams Experience working with vendors or manufacturers is an asset CRM and Microsoft Office experience Valid driver''s licence and ability to travel within the territory HVAC technical training, certification or related education is an asset For more current job opportunities, Follow Match
