**coordinateur (e) d'inventaire.**
Le titulaire du poste répondra aux besoins de l'entrepôt en matière de gestion des stocks pour Dorval.

Il travaillera avec des clients internes, en particulier avec les équipes Distribution et Service de la réglementation et de l'assurance de la qualité, pour résoudre les enjeux liés aux produits et aux stocks.

Le candidat retenu travaillera principalement avec les préposés à l'entrepôt.

de travail: lundi à vendredi soir de 14h à 22h30

**_Votre contribution à l'organisation_**

Soutenir les préposés à l'entrepôt
Traiter les modifications apportées à la source ou à la destination des produits
Vérifier les caractéristiques du produit
Déplacer les produits dans l'entrepôt
Mettre à jour les données sur le poids et le volume
Traiter les retours
Inspecter et signaler des produits endommagés ou expirés
Participer à divers projets
Superviser les emplacements et les aires d'entreposage des produits
Enquêter sur les divergences d'expédition et les divergences entre la commande et l'accusé de réception
**_Ce poste vous est destiné si vous répondez aux critères suivants :_**
Vous détenez un diplôme d'études secondaires.
**Vous maîtrisez bien l'anglais et le français, à l'oral et à l'écrit**
*** La maîtrise de l'anglais est essentielle pour communiquer, soutenir et fournir des services aux personnes, aux employés ou aux partenaires qui ne parlent pas français, en particulier lorsqu'ils se trouvent à l'extérieur de la province de Québec.**
Vous occupez un poste lié aux stocks depuis au moins un an (expérience en gestion des stocks, un atout)
Vous possédez une excellente connaissance des systèmes informatiques, en particulier des systèmes ERP, des systèmes de gestion des entrepôts (WMS), de MS Access et Excel (un atout)
Vous êtes en mesure de faire face aux priorités changeantes
Vous connaissez bien les principes et les procédures de gestion des stocks, de même que le système AS/400 (un atout)
Vous pouvez soulever des charges pouvant atteindre 23 kg

We are looking for a positive and team-oriented individual to join our Dorval Distribution Centre as an
**Inventory Coordinator.**
The incumbent will meet the warehouse's inventory management needs for Dorval.

This position involves working with internal clients, particularly the Distribution and Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance teams, to solve product and inventory issues.

The successful candidate will work primarily with stock coordinators.
**Working hours** : Monday to Friday evenings from: 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
**Location** : Dorval, Qc

Supporting stock coordinators
Processing changes to the source or destination of products
Verifying product characteristics
Moving products in the warehouse
Updating weight and volume data
Processing returns
Inspecting and reporting damaged or expired products
Participating in various projects
Overseeing product locations and areas
Investigating shipping and receiving discrepancies
**_This job might be for you if:_**
You have a high school diploma
You are fluent in spoken and written English and French
**You're able to communicate Fluently in French and *English**
*** Fluency in English is essential to communicate, support and provide services to individuals, employees or partners who do not speak French, especially when they are outside the province of Quebec**
You have held an inventory-related position for at least one year (inventory management experience, an asset)
You have excellent knowledge of computer systems, particularly ERP systems, WMS, MS Access and Excel,



an asset
You are able to cope with changing priorities
You have good knowledge of the principles and procedures of inventory management and are familiar with the AS/400 system (an asset)
You are able to lift loads of up to 23 kg
