Work Schedule: 8 Hour Shift/40 hours per week, Day and Evening Shift , Mondays through Fridays

Work setting: Motel

Duties:

- sweep, mop, wash, wax and polish floors
- dust furniture and vacuum carpeting and area rug, draperies and upholstered furniture
- make beds, change sheets and distribute clean towels and toiletries
- pick-up debris and empty trash containers
- wash windows, walls and ceilings
- report and store lost and found items
- may provide basic information on facilities
- may handle complaints

Job Requirements:

- No degree or experience required- will train – related experience is an asset

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Tight deadlines /knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
