About the Role

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Real Estate Data Analyst to join their insights team in Kimberley . This role involves collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets related to the real estate market to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. You will be responsible for creating reports and visualizations that help inform strategic decisions for property acquisition, sales, and market positioning. Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and organize diverse datasets related to real estate transactions, market performance, and demographics.
- Perform statistical analysis and identify key trends, correlations, and anomalies in real estate data.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
- Generate regular reports on market performance,



property values, and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst , preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills .
