Corporate Controller London, Ontario | 5 days in office

We’re partnering with an established

manufacturing organization in London

on a search for a commercially minded Corporate Controller.

This is a hands‑on leadership prospect combining

controllership, FP&A;, operational finance, and business analytics . The role will work closely with senior leadership and operations to provide financial insight and support business performance.

The Chance

Lead accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

Drive FP&A;, financial modelling, KPI reporting, and dashboards

Partner with operations on

job costing, profitability, margins, inventory, and cost management

Provide analysis and recommendations to support business decisions

Improve financial processes, systems, reporting,



and automation

Lead and develop the finance team

Act as a key financial partner to senior leadership

Ideal Profile

7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience

Previous Controller, Assistant Controller, or senior finance leadership experience

CPA preferred

Robust technical accounting and FP&A; experience

Manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or project-based experience preferredStrong analytical and commercial mindset

Advanced Excel and ERP/reporting experience

Comfortable working closely with both leadership and operations
