**Position Overview**
We are seeking an experienced
**Performance Engineer**
with strong expertise in end-to-end performance engineering and testing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, troubleshooting, tuning, and optimizing application performance across enterprise environments.
**Key Responsibilities**
Perform end-to-end
**Performance Engineering**
activities, including: Requirement Gathering
Performance Test Planning
Test Scripting
Test Execution
Performance Analysis
Troubleshooting
Performance Tuning
Reporting
Develop and execute performance testing scripts and scenarios.

Define workload models and simulate production-like performance scenarios.

Execute large-scale performance tests and analyze results.

Identify performance bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations.

Evaluate application stability, scalability, reliability, and performance.

Analyze application, database, and infrastructure performance and recommend optimization opportunities.

Work with developers, architects, operations teams, and business stakeholders to analyze performance results and drive improvements.

Contribute to performance engineering strategies and continuous optimization initiatives.
**Must-Have Skills:**
**JMeter**
Strong hands-on experience with
**JMeter** .

Ability to develop and execute performance testing scripts and scenarios.

Experience enhancing and customizing scripts using advanced scripting techniques.
**Dynatrace**
Solid expertise with
**Dynatrace**
for performance monitoring and analysis.





Ability to perform deep-dive performance analysis and identify application bottlenecks.

Experience providing actionable insights to diagnose and resolve performance issues.
**Performance Testing & Engineering**
Strong experience in
**performance testing and engineering** .

Experience defining workload models and production-like test scenarios.

Hands-on experience executing large-scale performance tests.

Strong ability to analyze test results and identify performance issues.

Understanding of application stability, scalability, and reliability.
**Non-Functional Requirements & Architecture**
Solid understanding of
**Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs)** .

Good understanding of system architecture and technology stacks.

Ability to ensure comprehensive performance coverage across applications and environments.
**Performance Tuning & Optimization**
Experience tuning and optimizing: Applications
Databases
Infrastructure components
Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies.
**Nice-to-Have Skills:**
**Splunk, Log Analysis & Datadog**
Experience with
**Splunk, Datadog, and log analysis** .

Ability to use observability and log data to diagnose complex performance issues.
**SRE / Observability**
Exposure to




**Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)**
practices.

Experience with Chaos Engineering.

Experience monitoring production workloads and observability.

Understanding of transitioning performance engineering practices toward an SRE model.
**Test Data & Service Virtualization**
Experience defining
**test data strategies** .

Ability to collaborate with Test Data Management (TDM) teams.

Experience developing virtual services using

for performance testing.
**Client-Side & End-User Experience**
Experience with tools and techniques used to measure and improve
**client-side and end-user performance** .
**Collaboration & Communication:**
Work effectively with
**developers, architects, operations teams, and business stakeholders** .

Communicate performance test results and recommendations clearly.

Provide actionable recommendations to improve application performance.

Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
