Description
Accountable for strategic and operational planning with respect to all training at the base
Accountable for resource management of training Liaisons, to ensure training is developed and delivered to all departmental roles.

Accountable for all safety-related training such as incident investigation, as well as training support for trends identified through audit and AQD.

Work closely with the Learning and Development Team to ensure adequate resources, classes, and training spots for initial, recurrent, or quarterly training initiatives.

Responsible for determining the best means for facilitating learning, implementing training programs, and managing the training budget.

Responsible for reviewing and analyzing current programs and skill sets of teams and making recommendations for change to positively impact Safety, SPOT, MBR, Guest Experience, and Employee Engagement




Implements evaluation processes, monitors results, and shares with business partners to determine overall learner and business impact of implemented solutions.

Provide monthly reporting to leaders of functional areas on completion of mandated training courses and
Responsible for forecasting training requirements and creating and supporting all base training platforms to ensure all front line onboarding /training is planned and delivered, along with all base- specific training initiatives, and corporate training programs.

Lead and motivate their team consisting of Training Liaisons above and below the wing, conducting regular one-on-one meetings, delivering performance management and coaching as required.
