A medium sized General Contractor client of ours is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join the team.
The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting our estimators, project managers, and site superintendents throughout all phases of construction.
3–5 years of relevant experience in construction project coordination in British Columbia.
~ Recent build ICI or Residential experience
~ Provide administrative and coordination support to site superintendents and project managers across one or more projects
Assist project managers with meeting documentation, follow-ups with subcontractors, and organizing project materials
Manage the distribution and tracking of shop drawings
Issue and follow up on site instructions
