This role also includes responsibilities such as program planning, quality management participation, and supervision of therapy personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment strategies
Collaborate with teams to improve program delivery




Mentor therapy staff and students in clinical settings
Assist with providing coverage in different departments
Engage in quality initiatives and research activities

Requirements:
Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapist of Ontario
At least two years of hospital-related experience preferred
Excellent communication and organization skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage independence
Understanding of legislation and community resources
