Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personal care according to care plan guidelines

Record and report changes in clients’ health conditions
Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols
Maintain confidentiality of client information

Requirements:
Diploma in Personal Support Work or equivalent certification
Fluent English with French language skills for Quebec roles
Valid driver’s license and vehicle for travel
