Key Responsibilities:
Manage research and development for welding projects
Coach team members to enhance their skills
Ensure setup and validation of welding machinery
Document and monitor facility-wide welding quality
Act as a resource for troubleshooting welding issues
Requirements:
Education in Materials, Mechanical, Electrical, or Welding Engineering
Welding & Joining Specialization is an asset
Hands-on experience with welding processes is highly preferred
Supervisory experience valuable in this role
Knowledge of welding inspection methods required
