A successful Director, Strategy candidate will report directly to the VP Strategy,



acting as day-to-day lead on key clients and projects, as well as supporting the overall direction, process, and collaboration across the strategy department at Diamond. The right candidate will have a broad range of strategy experience and be as comfortable talking creative briefs as they are go-to-market plans. They will bring a thoughtful, strategic point of view to a range of brands, categories, and consumers.
