Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will lead initiatives that drive execution and foster high-performing teams. Candidates must demonstrate significant success in project management within contractor-side roles.
Key Responsibilities: - Drive operational planning and execute strategic goals. - Evaluate and improve workflows, adopting technology and best practices. - Monitor project metrics to ensure safety, quality, and budget adherence. - Coach and develop future operational leaders within the organization.



- Act as a key liaison for operational strategies and initiatives.
Requirements: - Minimum 10 years of operational leadership experience;
at least 5 years in senior roles. - Extensive experience in heavy civil, mining, or large-scale projects. - Robust capability to manage multiple projects across various locations. - Contract management and financial oversight experience preferred. - Willingness to relocate to the Kootenays considered an asset.
