Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of assigned properties
Ensure adherence to Avana policies and service levels




Develop and implement employee training and improvement plans
Monitor leasing and financial activities across the portfolio
Identify and mitigate potential operational risks

Requirements:
Five years of progressive residential property management experience
Proven supervisory skills with property management teams
Solid financial management and analytical capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
