About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and visually oriented Field Merchandiser to ensure optimal product presentation and availability for their FMCG brands across various retail outlets in Kimberley . This role is crucial for maintaining brand visibility on shelves, implementing promotional displays, and ensuring stock levels are adequate. You will work closely with store managers and sales teams to execute merchandising plans, drive sales, and enhance the overall shopping experience for consumers. This part-time position offers flexibility and the chance to directly influence product success at the point of sale.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute product merchandising plans according to company standards and brand guidelines.
- Ensure products are correctly priced, stocked, and displayed to maximize visibility and sales.
- Implement promotional displays, signage, and point-of-sale materials effectively.
- Monitor stock levels and report any stock-outs or inventory issues to the sales team.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel.




- Conduct store audits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards.

Requirements

- Previous experience in merchandising, retail operations, or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail execution.
- Ability to interpret planograms and follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physically fit and able to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to travel between retail locations in the Kimberley area.
