The Corporate IT department is currently recruiting anERP Applications Manager, Order to Cashto lead the operational stability and evolution of the application portfolio supporting sales, transportation, product inventory and accounts receivable processes. For candidates interested in the Memphis, TN location please apply to the Memphis posting.You’ll DoAccountable for end-to-end ownership of the O2C application portfolio, ensuring operational excellence, high availability, transactional integrity, and audit readiness.Drive future-state readiness through continuous improvement, modernization, automation, and process simplification aligned to business strategy.Lead a team of 10+ technical analysts and oversee external consultants and contractors supporting the O2C portfolio.Define operating models, on-call expectations, and escalation paths aligned with business criticality.Oversee consultants and vendors providing Tier‑2/Tier‑3 development or platform support, including performance and contract alignment.Own the design, implementation, and maintenance of O2C applications (JD Edwards, Oracle Transportation Management, Cleo Integration Cloud, customer portals, etc.).Govern the O2C portfolio roadmap, backlog prioritization, solution design reviews, testing strategy, quality control, and production release decisions.Serve as application owner for JD Edwards and OTM, making decisions on configuration, customization, and extensions while balancing flexibility with supportability.Act as the primary escalation point for Sales, Logistics, Operations,



and Finance leaders on application-related risks, defects, or delivery trade-offs.Maintain a robust control environment (change governance, segregation of duties, access controls) supporting SOX, audit, and compliance requirements.Manage operational risk, system performance, and data integrity of O2C applications.Serve as Tier‑3 owner for O2C production incidents, ensuring prioritization, business impact assessment, and final resolution.Lead problem management and root cause analysis for recurring incidents.Ensure transaction integrity across order fulfilment, shipping, invoicing, EDI execution, and accounts receivable processes; support month‑endand quarter‑end close activities.Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and training materials.Lead and sponsor O2C‑related projects with defined business outcomes and metrics.Monitor and improve reliability and efficiency of integrations across the O2C portfolio.Partner with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, automation, and process rationalization.Ensure disciplined functional, integration,



and user acceptance testing before production deployment.Promote Master Data Management principles to enable process consistency and reporting accuracy.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.5‑10 years of experience managing ERP applications and enterprise application portfolios in complex environments.Extensive functional, technical, and operational knowledge of JDE EnterpriseOne (v9.2) and Oracle Transportation Management.Experience with EDI platforms and external customer system integrations.Strong understanding of end-to-end Order‑to‑Cash processes with practical experience in JDE and OTM.Working knowledge of finance processes including billing, accounts receivable, cash application, and credit management.Experience owning Tier‑3 application escalation and production issue governance.Proven leadership of teams of 10+ professionals with prioritization across competing demands.Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior business and technology stakeholders.Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain‑intensive environments.Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar operational and delivery management tools.BenefitsCompetitive base salary with an annual bonus opportunity (typical range $150,000‑$170,000).
