WSP is seeking an Intermediate Highway Engineer to enhance the Ontario Highway Design Team. You will be engaged in the technical delivery of complex highway systems while collaborating with skilled professionals. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead highway and drainage systems design
• Perform site visits for condition assessments
• Analyze design and prepare technical reports
• Collaborate on multi-disciplinary design inputs
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering
• 5-10 years’ experience in highway/roadway design
• Preference for P.Eng or related designation
• Familiarity with design-build projects
• Solid interpersonal skills and experience managing deadlines
