We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, with full ownership of execution, financials, and client relationships.This is not a partial-process or support role. You will manage projects end-to-end — estimating, contracts, scheduling, cost control, subcontractor coordination, and client communication — across a diverse and steady pipeline of commercial, industrial, and institutional work. This role is designed for a hands-on builder who understands both the field and the financial side of construction, is comfortable working independently, and takes genuine ownership of outcomes.What You’ll OwnManage 3-4 concurrent commercial construction projects ranging from $2 million to $10 million in valueOversee the complete project lifecycle including estimating, contracts, scheduling, change orders, billing, and cost trackingCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain schedule adherence and scope alignment across all active projectsServe as the primary point of contact for clients, driving explicit and proactive communication from award through closeoutMonitor project budgets,
