Georgian Dental Barrie is hiring a Full time Dental Hygiene Coordinator to support and grow our hygiene program.

- $25–$32/hour , based on experience

- Monday–Friday | One Saturday per month

Schedule:

- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 8 a.m.–4 p.m.

- Wednesday: 11 a.m.–7 p.m.

- One Saturday per month: 8 a.m.–3 p.m.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize the hygiene schedule

- Coordinate recalls, reappointments and patient follow-up

- Build strong patient relationships and support ongoing care

- Coordinate hygiene treatment and follow-up

- Work closely with hygienists, dentists and the administrative team

The ideal candidate:

- Dental office experience in hygiene coordination, treatment coordination or administration

- Strong understanding of dental hygiene services

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Confident, proactive and patient-focused

- Experience with hygiene reactivation or treatment coordination is an asset
