As a Security Guard in Clarington, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, security facility centers, etc.

Requirements Must have access to a reliable vehicle and be willing to use it for work-related purposes. Pay rate is

20.00/hour plus a $2.50/hour vehicle-use premium

Responsibilities for Security Guard in Clarington

Patrol critical areas to spot any suspicious activity

Check identification and control access to secure areas

React quickly to threats or incidents and document actions taken

Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras

Handle alarms and conduct on-site checks

Partner with law enforcement during serious incidents

Qualifications for Security Guard in Clarington

Be authorized to work in Canada

Hold a valid security license

First aid certification required

Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
