In this permanent, full-time role, you will manage and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal air quality and functionality in all hospital operations. A qualified candidate will hold a provincial HVAC certification and have at least five years of experience, ideally in a healthcare setting. This position requires effective problem-solving and commitment to safety measures.

Key Responsibilities: • Carry out inspections and repairs on HVAC units • Maintain and operate air handling systems • Execute preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment • Keep accurate records according to safety regulations • Collaborate with Facility Operations staff

Requirements: • HVAC certification or degree relevant to position • At least five years of experience in the field • Knowledge of Building Automation Systems • Proficiency with Mechanical Codes • High school graduation or equivalent
