This is a full-time, permanent position, working 30 hours per week.Job DescriptionPlan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the food services operations of the Keg SudburyDevelop, implement, and oversee kitchen procedures, menu planning, and food preparation methods in alignment with budgetary, nutritional, and quality standardsCoordinate and supervise the work of kitchen and dining room staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality serviceHire, train, and manage food service and kitchen staffMonitor inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, placing orders and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective replenishmentEnsure compliance with food safety regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and sanitation requirementsAnalyze operational performance, including food cost, labor cost, and customer satisfaction,
