About the Role

We are looking for a Business Travel Consultant (業務渡航コンサルタント) to join our team in Toronto, Ontario.

This is a full-time, hybrid position, with some flexibility to work from home. You will manage business travel arrangements for corporate clients and communicate with clients and suppliers in both Japanese and English.

Key Responsibilities

Arrange airline tickets, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services

Create and manage business travel itineraries

Handle booking changes, cancellations, and urgent travel requests

Respond to clients by phone and email

Coordinate with airlines, hotels,



and other travel suppliers

Qualifications

Fluent Japanese and business-level English

Strong communication and customer service skills

Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Travel industry or GDS experience is an asset, but no prior experience is required

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Authorization

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada for at least the next two years.

Compensation

Entry-level: Starting from CAD $3,200 per month.

Salary may be adjusted based on relevant experience and qualifications.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
