Thales is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee naval vessel service delivery across coasts in Canada. The role focuses on ensuring readiness, safety, and availability within budget, coordinating people, processes and tools across Halifax NS, Esquimalt BC, and Ottawa.
The candidate will report on performance metrics, manage multi-location teams, and liaise with the customer to meet vessel capability objectives while upholding compliance and risk controls in a agile defence environment.
