Must Haves

5+ years in a Business Intelligence and analytics analyst role using PowerBI or BusinessObjects

5+ years with Kimball Dimensional Modelling , data analysis, and requirements gathering

5+ years applying Data Warehousing , Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Data Integration principles

5+ years with Informatica , semantic layer design, database structures, scripting, Oracle, and SQLServer

3+ years mentoring technical and functional resources on BI&A; solutions

Nice to Have

Previous experience within the public sector or large organizations

Verbal and written communication skills supporting internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels

Responsibilities





Design KPI frameworks to measure outcomes, impact, learning, and organizational readiness

Create automated measurement processes for program analytics and reporting

Develop performance dashboards and executive reports

Produce benefits-realization analyses and annual outcome reporting

Gather and document requirements including source-to-target mappings for development teams

Analyze program data to communicate performance, outcomes, and value

Support evaluation and understanding of emerging technologies through analytics and reporting
