RTX is seeking an experienced IPT Lead to drive the LVCTS Training Management System program from Calgary or Ottawa. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage cost/schedule/quality, and deliver technical designs and documentation for a national defence training project.
Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in software for training systems, PMP or near-certification, robust leadership and scheduling skills, and a readiness to travel as needed, with hybrid onsite work arrangements in Canada.
