Linesight is seeking a Senior Mechanical Estimator in Vancouver to lead the development of the total project estimate and coordinate with the project team. You will maintain a library of local rates, analyze risks, and provide contingency recommendations, with 10+ years of estimating experience and proficiency in Sage Timberline, InEight or CostX.
We value solid communication, relationship-building with clients and team, and a chartered status such as RICS CEP/CPE is a plus.
