KMJV in Toronto, ON, seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to deliver proactive HR support across the project lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, talent development and performance management.
You will report to project leadership, coordinate with partner HR teams, ensure Ontario compliance, and drive change with 5–8 years of HR experience in construction environments.
Salary range between $115,000 and $135,000 depending on experience.
