This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with websites from both a content and technical perspective.You’ll collaborate closely with digital marketing, communications, and IT teams to coordinate content releases, support quality assurance activities, and validate changes before and after deployments. This includes reviewing pages for accuracy, responsiveness, accessibility, and overall presentation. The role requires solid attention to detail, comfort working within technical environments, and the ability to balance marketing priorities with platform requirements and best practices.Website & Content SupportUpdate and maintain website content using Drupal (mandatory).Make HTML edits and apply formatting updates.Prepare and optimize images using Photoshop or similar tools.Ensure all website content meets brand, accessibility, and quality standards.Collect updated copy, visuals, and information from various teams.Support digital marketing campaigns by updating banners, landing pages, and promotional content.Coordinate updates with the digital marketing team and external agenciesEnsure all assets follow accessible requirements.Assist in preparing, publishing,



and reviewing content and promotions.Ensure all updates follow internal guidelines and timelines.Contribute to maintaining accurate and timely web content visibility.Quality Assurance ResponsibilitiesConduct quality‑assurance testing after website releases and content updates.Work with internal IT and technical teams to verify deployments and address any issues.Identify, document, and elevate defects or inconsistencies, while assisting teams with troubleshooting and remediation.Identify and fix issues related to content, such as layout, formatting, and visual display problems.On‑Call Crisis SupportDuty officer, on‑call rotation, during weekends and outside business hours.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORBachelor’s or master’s degree in web development, Digital Marketing, Web Design, Multimedia, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and hands‑on experience.2–5 years of professional experience supporting, maintaining, and publishing content on enterprise‑level websites.Mandatory: Demonstrated, hands‑on experience working with Drupal CMS, including content types, taxonomies, templates, and publishing workflows.Mandatory: Strong working knowledge of HTML and web publishing standards,
