Onni in Vancouver is seeking a Development Manager to lead multiple large-scale real estate projects from inception to completion. The role requires self-motivation, detail-orientation, strong initiative and explicit communication with diverse stakeholders.
You will coordinate budgets, schedules, feasibilities and regulatory approvals, mentor internal teams, and partner with sales, leasing and marketing to position projects. Travel to sites is expected.
