Take the lead at ESA as the Director of Procurement and Fleet Operations, focusing on strategic procurement frameworks and lifecycle management. This is a full time, permanent position.

You will be responsible for directing procurement, facilities, and fleet management while reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. This role emphasizes the development of effective policies and strategies that align with ESA’s financial objectives and organizational growth. The ideal candidate will possess robust experience in leading enterprise procurement and managing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement sourcing and contract management strategies
• Oversee fleet lifecycle planning and operational effectiveness
• Ensure stewardship of facilities and asset management practices




• Provide strategic advice to senior leaders on procurement matters
• Enhance procurement practices through technology and data

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years in leadership roles related to procurement
• Proven track record in facilities and capital project management
• Strong understanding of governance and risk management
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
