Powerfleet Inc. in Canada is seeking an experienced Commercial Legal Counsel to join our legal team. The role focuses on commercial contracts, risk management, and regulatory compliance, with cross-border matters supported for a technology-driven asset tracking business.
The ideal candidate holds a law degree, is qualified in Canada or the UK, has 4–6 PQE in commercial law, and experience with POPIA, GDPR, PIPEDA, and US privacy rules. In-house or cross-border exposure is a plus.
