You will utilize your experience in a cooperative setting, promoting the legal department's value and maintaining effective relationships with legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate contracts related to real estate transactions
• Supervise external counsel for legal opinions and transactions




• Participate in environmental committees affecting the Corporation
• Maintain current knowledge of real estate legislation
• Advocate for the Corporation’s legal needs to stakeholders

Requirements:
• Bar member in Quebec or Ontario
• 3-5 years' relevant legal experience
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities
• Attention to detail with client-focused mindset
• Experience with Microsoft tools (Word)
