C.H. Guenther is looking for a dedicated Health and Safety Leader to implement EHS processes and oversee adherence to industry regulations. This hands-on position involves evaluating and improving EHS initiatives while working closely with operations management. You'll be instrumental in promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead EHS training and employee development programs
• Monitor workplace conditions and safety practices
• Manage EHS documentation and compliance tracking




• Conduct audits and report on EHS performance metrics
• Develop strategies for waste management and ergonomics

Requirements:
• 5+ years of EHS experience; Bachelor's degree highly preferred
• Manufacturing industry experience advantageous
• Familiarity with OSHA and EPA regulations essential
• Robust organizational and analytical skills
