Are you a CPA who enjoys combining technical accounting expertise with business partnership and process improvement?

We’re looking for a Manager, Financial Reporting to join a growing organization and play a key role in strengthening and scaling the finance function. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll have broad exposure across financial reporting, accounting operations, FP&A;, tax, audit, systems, and process improvement.

In this role, you’ll:

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and close processes

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial information

Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze performance and develop meaningful KPIs

Support external audits and coordinate with tax advisors on Canadian and U.S. requirements

Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and financial systems

Help optimize and scale the organization’s ERP and finance infrastructure

Prepare financial analysis and presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders

We’re looking for someone who:

Holds a CPA designation and has 5+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience





Has robust knowledge of ASPE and Canadian accounting requirements

Brings excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Is comfortable operating independently in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment

Enjoys improving processes and finding smarter ways to work

Can confidently communicate financial insights to senior leaders and stakeholders

Has experience in healthcare, technology, or another high‑growth environment — an asset

Has Big Four experience or ERP implementation experience — an asset

Compensation:

The compensation for this role is $135-150k base plus 10% annual bonus.
