Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant to develop and lead multiple enterprise change initiatives, including developing change plans, writing strategies and communications
Candidates must be located in Winnipeg. will be working in-office 3 days/week and 2 days WFH
Must Haves
10+ years as a Change Management Consultant with a focus on enterprise-wide change initiatives using change management methodologies
Experience developing change plans, writing strategies , and communications
Experience providing consulting and coaching leadership teams
Experience with Management Consulting within a public sector environment
PROSCI certification and working with project methodologies
Nice to Have
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in the insurance domain or public sector
