In this key role, you'll report to the Executive Director, overseeing a four-member team targeting an annual revenue of $1.6 million. Your expertise will drive major gifts fundraising and enhance community relationships, elevating the mission of St. Joseph’s Hospice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create strategies to secure major gifts and cultivate donors
• Lead marketing and communication initiatives for outreach
• Establish systems for efficient project management in development
• Execute signature events ensuring target revenue achievements




• Collaborate with volunteers and stakeholders for successful events

Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years in major gift fundraising roles
• Experience leading a fundraising team for at least 3 years
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
• Strong communication skills and relationship management
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced, evolving workplace
