Job Overview

We are currently hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Inspector for a full-time position in Windsor. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting products, identifying defects, separating acceptable and defective products, and ensuring products are properly packed and labeled according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Check pallets/lots and unpack products for inspection.
- Perform a 100% visual inspection of all products.
- Identify defects such as warping, bent edges, lifted tape, dents, and other product damage.
- Use JIGs and measuring tools for additional inspection when required.
- Separate OK (acceptable) and NG (defective) products.
- Reconfirm quantities of OK products and repack 180 pieces per box.
- Verify the correct partition direction and attach the Green OK Label.
- Record inspection results and defect quantities for each pallet/lot.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all workplace safety and quality-control procedures.

Requirements

- Previous experience in quality inspection, production, manufacturing, or warehouse work is an asset.




- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to identify product defects accurately.
- Ability to perform repetitive inspection and packing tasks.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Positive organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a team environment.
