Are you creative, confident behind a camera, and passionate about creating content that gets attention?

Bannister Kia Penticton is looking for a talented and motivated Content Creator to take ownership of our dealership's digital presence.

We're not looking for someone to simply post a few pictures and call it a day. We want someone who can bring our inventory to life, create engaging content, showcase our team, and help make Bannister Kia Penticton stand out in the Okanagan automotive market.

What You'll Be Doing

Social Media & Content Creation

- Create and publish engaging daily content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Film and edit creative reels, short-form videos, and promotional content.
- Develop content featuring our vehicles, employees, dealership events, and community involvement.
- Stay on top of social media trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Manage a consistent content calendar to keep our social channels active and engaging.

Vehicle Photography & Walk-Around Videos
- Produce high-quality walk-around videos for all new and used vehicles in our inventory.
- Highlight key vehicle features, technology, condition, and selling points.
- Ensure vehicle videos and photos are completed promptly as inventory arrives.
- Work closely with our sales and inventory teams to ensure every vehicle is presented professionally online.

Website & Digital Promotions
- Create and maintain promotional banners and graphics for our dealership website.




- Ensure current sales events, special offers, and promotions are displayed accurately and on time.
- Work with management to develop digital marketing campaigns that generate interest and leads.
- Keep our online presence fresh, professional, and consistent with the Bannister brand.

What We're Looking For

- Experience creating social media content, photography, and video.
- Robust video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or other graphic design platforms.
- Confidence filming vehicles, interviewing staff, and creating engaging on-camera content.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- A creative mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- A valid driver's licence.
- Automotive knowledge is an asset, but not required.

Most importantly, we want someone who takes ownership of their work, has an eye for detail, and understands how great content can turn online attention into dealership traffic.
