Hi! My name is Ava and I have three fantastic boys, 5, 3, & 7 months. (Looking for nanny to care for just 2/3 at a time) They are full of energy and silliness! They are the sweetest boys and excellent brothers they love planets, sensory play, and going to the creek near our house to throw rocks!

Our oldest is a very sensitive caring kiddo. He was mis-diagnosed with an anxiety disorder when he was just 2 years old, we now know hes on the autism spectrum and he has come SUCH a long way! He feels things deeply (anyone else a highly sensitive person themselves?) and his connection with others means a lot to him.

Our 3 year old isin the process of being assessed for neurodivergence as well, Iver also has apraxia of speech and can be tricky to understand but Iver loves to connect. Iver is full of life and always brings a strong playful presence to our family. Autonomy is important to him and benefits from a playful and flexible approach rather than a ridgid directive one.
