We are seeking motivated, results-driven Freight Sales Agents / Business Development Specialists to join our growing team. In this role, your main focus is customer acquisition—identifying, reaching out to, and securing new commercial shippers and freight clients.

This is an uncapped, commission-based role, offering high earning potential for proactive sales professionals who thrive in a self-directed environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively identify, cold-call, and prospect target shippers, manufacturers, and distributors to build a robust sales pipeline.

Client Acquisition: Pitch GD FREIGHTS services, negotiate rates, and onboard new freight clients.

Account Management: Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, managing their ongoing shipping requirements.

Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospective clients, and active accounts.

Collaboration: Partner with our internal operations and dispatch support teams to ensure seamless execution of client shipments

Qualifications & Skills

Sales Drive: Proven experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting,



or cold calling (logistics/freight brokerage experience is a stron g asset). Book of Business: An existing client network or contact list is highly advantageous, but strong sales hustlers with a plan are welcome.

Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with robust closing capabilities.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, prioritize leads, and drive revenue without continuous supervision.
