Role Description The Associate Chair leads their own C12 forum. This is not a support role. You recruit your members, facilitate the monthly full-day forum, coach those members one-on-one between sessions, and build a thriving local community of business leaders.

Be clear-eyed about what this is. It's a full career change, not a side venture. You leave your current work, complete Chair training in San Antonio, and invest real time and money before the practice generates income. That reality rules most people out, and it's meant to. The right person treats this as a calling.

What you'd do

- Lead a monthly full-day forum for up to 12 business owners and executives
- Provide one-on-one coaching to members between forums
- Recruit and onboard members aligned with our mission and values
- Facilitate the supplied curriculum that integrates a values-based framework with sound business practice
- Build a trusted, confidential community of leaders in the region

Qualifications

- 10+ years of business leadership, ideally at the C-suite or owner level
- Strong group facilitation skills, with the ability to build trust and lead honest discussion
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Solid business acumen across strategy, operations, and financial performance
- High integrity, discretion, and a genuine commitment to member care
- Entrepreneurial and self-directed; you're building a practice, not filling a seat
- Willingness to complete Chair training in San Antonio and commit to this full-time
