Role Description The Class 1 Field Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Lloydminster, AB. This role is responsible for operating Class 1 commercial vehicles and specialized equipment to support cementing, stimulation, and fluid hauling operations in the field. Day-to-day tasks include driving to job sites, assisting with equipment rig-in and rig-out, monitoring pumping operations, and following all safety and environmental procedures.

The Field

Operator ensures accurate documentation of work performed, communicates effectively with supervisors and crew members, and participates in routine inspections,



maintenance checks, and housekeeping of trucks and field equipment. This position may require working extended hours, weekends, and varying shifts depending on operational needs.

Qualifications

- Valid Class 1 driver’s license with a clean driving record and experience operating heavy trucks or commercial vehicles.
- Experience with field operations, oilfield services, or industrial work, including safe equipment handling and basic mechanical aptitude.
- Strong commitment to safety, ability to follow procedures, and familiarity with applicable transportation and workplace regulations.
- Reliable teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Availability for shift work, overtime, and travel to job sites as required; willingness to participate in company training and certifications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in cementing, stimulation, or fluid hauling is considered an asset.
