RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF THE MUHC The Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI-MUHC) is a world-renowned biomedical and hospital research centre. Position Summary

Department / Research Program: Medicine/RESP

We are seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to contribute to an exciting study based at the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre.

The role will include assistance with study-related tasks, including coordinating home visits and data entry.

General Duties

- Establishes priorities and schedules tasks within the appropriate timelines of the project and in accordance with the study protocol,
- Helping with data entry using REDCap and Excel,
- Working with team members on other study-related tasks,
- set-up of sleep recording equipment on research participants according to study protocol for either laboratory or home recordings.

Education: Diplome of College Studies (DEC)

Field of Study: Science

Work Experience: 2 years

Required Skills

- This position requires an advanced knowledge of oral and written French.
- An advanced knowledge of oral and written English is required, as the position requires regular and complex contact with patients who are exclusively proficient in English.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Ability to work independently or with teams with minimum supervision,
- Demonstrate diplomacy, discretion and good judgement,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook) and Adobe,
- Ability to handle condidential information with discretion,
- Must adhere to condidentiality standards and institutional policies,
- Performs other duties as requested by the immediate supervisor.

Additional information Status: Temporary, part-time: 21 hours

Pay Scale: Commensurate with education and experience

Work Shift: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Work Site: Glen Site, 1001 Decarie Blvd.
