Now Hiring: Holiday Gift Wrappers

Dates: Mid-November – December 24, 2026

Location: Toronto, in-studio and on-location pop-ups

Type: Temporary, part-time

Pretty Wrapping Service is looking for skilled, steady hands to join us for the season. We treat gift wrapping as a craft, not a transaction, and we need people who understand the difference: sharp corners, deliberate folds, a finished look that earns a second glance. You'll work pop-ups, events, and studio sessions, often shoulder to shoulder with our founder, representing a brand that luxury clients, retailers, and film productions trust by name.

This isn't a job for anyone who wants to move fast and sloppy. It's for people who take pride in getting the small things right, and fast.

What you'll do

Wrap gifts to a professional standard: crisp corners, clean paper lines, real bows tied properly, not bunny ears or shoelace knots

Work at pace: a full wrap, start to finish, in 15 minutes or less

Greet clients and manage line flow with warmth, not rush

Keep your station tidy and photo-ready at all times

Help set up, break down, and restock at events

Carry the brand well in a busy, high-visibility workplace

You'll fit in if you

Already have intermediate gift-wrapping and bow-tying skill





Have a genuine eye for style, detail, and finish

Have worked retail, events, or hospitality (a plus, not a requirement)

Can work independently once shown the standard, without hand-holding

Are reliable first, flexible second, and can handle short-notice shifts

Bonus: comfortable on camera or capturing content for social

Details

Compensation: $18/hour

Schedule: weekdays and weekends, morning, day, and evening shifts available; typically 3–6 hours, exact schedule TBD

Appearance: neat, festive-polished, suited to a luxury setting (specifics at onboarding)

Must be legally able to work in Canada, able to stand for extended periods, and lift up to ~20 lbs

Hiring & Training Session: Attendance Required
