An established and growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Manager to take ownership of maintenance operations, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement across a highly automated production facility.

About the Opportunity

As the Manufacturing Maintenance Manager, you'll lead a team of maintenance professionals responsible for maximizing equipment uptime, reliability, and operational efficiency.

You will be tasked with building a proactive maintenance culture, improving asset performance, reducing downtime, and helping deliver operational excellence across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled maintenance technicians
- Drive preventative and predictive maintenance programs
- Improve equipment reliability, uptime, and overall plant performance
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts
- Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and CMMS activities




- Support equipment upgrades, automation initiatives, and capital projects
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Operations to achieve business goals
- Ensure compliance with safety, food manufacturing, and regulatory standards

What We're Looking For:

- Proven maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing
- Robust mechanical and electrical troubleshooting knowledge
- Experience with preventative maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong understanding of CMMS systems and maintenance planning
- Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills
- Experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, packaging, or similar manufacturing environments is highly valued
