We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented Grants Researcher/Coordinator to join our dedicated team. Duties

- Conduct thorough research using various databases and online resources to identify new grant opportunities aligned with organizational goals
- Analyze grant guidelines, eligibility criteria, and application requirements to determine suitability
- Maintain and update grant tracking databases, including Raiser's Edge or similar CRM systems, ensuring accurate records of deadlines, submissions, and outcomes
- Assist in preparing compelling grant proposals by gathering necessary data and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with program staff to understand project needs and translate them into effective funding strategies
- Monitor industry trends, funding landscapes, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making




- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries from potential funders or internal teams regarding grants

Experience

- Grants researcher, or coordinator experience with the following Canadian grants (SR&ED;, NRC IRAP, CanExport, FedDev, Mitacs, SWPP, COJG, Clean Energy tax credits, Digital Media Tax Credits, etc.,)
- Strong research skills with the ability to analyze complex information efficiently
- Familiarity with marketing principles to effectively communicate organizational needs and impact through grant proposals
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and responsiveness in all interactions
- Prior experience in grant research, coordination, or related roles is highly desirable
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of nonprofit funding landscapes and familiarity with federal, provincial, or private grant sources is a plus

Pay: $20.00-$45.00 per hour
